I saw on the style network on tv. three effective ab exercises
1) push ups
2) bicycle sit ups
3) on your lower arms hold in a push up position and tuck in those abs!
I think lifting weights can help too….
IF you are overweight I don’t think you can have abs before u lose it. So i recommend gym 5 times a week, healhty diet, lotsa water.
